Taught a class of 10-year-olds to code their first game today. One kid's character shoots rainbows. This is what peak engineering looks like.

Teaching kids to debug is teaching them to think. Break the problem down. Check assumptions. Test one thing at a time.

A student asked me if they should learn Python or JavaScript first. I said: learn to think logically first. The language comes second.
